At the end of Years 2014, the Canadian Federal Immigration Service issued the Express Entry as new policy for Canadian skilled immigration. The Express Entry was officially implemented on January 1, 2015. It is a new management system for Canadian skilled immigration applications. The applicant enters the pool after submitting the application. Applicants can register for a skilled immigration application in the Canadian Express Entry ,which will be selected on a scoring system. If the score reaches 67 points, they will be considered qualified and can participate in the next round of lottery. The next round will be scored by the Comprehensive Ranking System. The Immigration Bureau will screen applicants based on their scores and formally issue a skilled migration visa invitation to the eligible candidates. The Express Entry score is 1200 points( maximum) . Applicants who enter the pool are ranked in accordance with their scores. After the applicant receives the invitation, applicants are required to submit an immigration application within 60 days of receipt. The Immigration Bureau promises to complete the trial within 6 months, and the applicant will eventually obtain a permanent resident visa.
Express Entry (EE) is an electronic immigration channel system adopted by the Canadian Federal Immigration Service. Applicants need to pass the Comprehensive System Score (CRS) when immigrating to Canada, if the applicant meets at least one of the following four programs:
• Federal Skilled Immigration (FSWC)
• Federal Skilled Worker Class (FSTC)
• Federal Experience Class (CEC) and
• Alternatively, candidates can be engaged in the fast-track talent pool through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) to meet the needs of the local labour market.

- Applicants must meet all minimum requirements to be eligible to apply
Selection factor
Applicants’ qualifications will be evaluated based on the following:
- Age/Education/Work experience/a valid job opportunity/Language skills in English or French/
- Adaptability (how likely is the applicant to settle here)
Once the applicant enters the Express Entry pool, then the highest-ranked candidate is selected from the talent pool and invited to apply for permanent residence.
Minimum requirements:
Skilled work experience means that the applicant has worked in one of the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) working groups:
- Management work (skill type 0);
- Professional work (skill level A);
- Technical work and technical industry (skill level B)
Express Entry application conditions:
1. Scoring: The fast track will score the applicants, at least 300 points or more (full score is 1200 points)
2. Age: The main applicant is 18 years old or above
3. Work experience: The main applicant has at least one year of continuous and paid full-time
work experience in the past ten years
4. IELTS score: The minimum requirement for the main applicant IELTS G is all 6
5. Educational background: the main applicant must hold a three-year college or higher degree
6. Assets: proof of family net worth with at least 15,000 Canadian dollars
7. Applicants and their accompanying persons must meet the medical examination requirements and have no criminal record

語言能力
申請人必須：參加經批准的官方英語或法語語言測試：
寫作/閱讀/聆聽/口試的4 項能力，並獲得加拿大語言基準 (CLB) 7 的最低分數。
語言測試自測試結果之日起 2 年內有效，同時，必須在您申請永久居留之日有效。
教育
如果申請人在加拿大上學，必須完成及持有加拿大人的證書、文憑或學位：
中學（高中）或 專上院校
如具備外國學歷，申請人必須：完整的證書，以及來自指定組織的用於移民目的的教育證書評估 (ECA)，以證明其教育程度等同於加拿大完成的證書、文憑或學位：中學（高中）或 專上院校
資金證明
申請人必須證明有足夠的錢供個人和家人在加拿大定居，除非：
申請人目前能夠在加拿大合法工作 或 有加拿大雇主的有效工作邀請
申請人必須獲准合法進入加拿大。
快速通道（Express Entry）申請條件：
- 計分： 快速通道將對申請人進行計分，最少達到300分以上（滿分1200分）
- 年齡：主申請人年滿 18 歲或以上
- 工作經驗： 主申請人在過去十年內，有至少一年連續及有報酬的全職工作經驗
- 雅思IELTS分數：主申請人雅思 G 類最低要求為全 6
- 學歷：主申請人須持有三年制以上專科及更高學位
- 資產：擁有至少15000加幣的家庭淨資產證明
- 申請人及其隨行人員需符合體檢要求並均無犯罪記錄
