Subclass 188 Investor Stream (188B)

Subclass 188 _ Investor Stream Requirement:

1. Obtain an EOI invitation from the state government as state nomination 

2. Under 55 years old or the state government exempts the age requirement; 

3. The score reaches 65 points or above; 

4. Good management business or investment inspection for more than 3 years;

 5. At least 1 year in the past 5 years, have more than 10% of the shares in the business or manage AUD 2.5 million of investment;

6. Through the above business and investment, legally earn AUD 2.5 million; 

7. The net assets in the past two years exceeded A$2.5 million;

8. After approval in principle, invest 2.5 million Australian dollars into compliance investments 

within the prescribed period. 

Note: If applying for Victoria (VIC) State nomination, the EOI passing score should be at least 95 points

Subclass 888 _ Permanent Residence Visa Requirement:

1. Hold a 188B visa for at least 3 years before you can submit your application for permanent residence 

2. During the period of holding the 188B visa, continue to hold a compliance investment of AUD 2.5 million 

3. The main applicant or spouse of the 188B visa has lived in the sponsored state for a total of 2 years within 3 years before submitting the application for permanent residence

• Complying Investment of $2.5 million (held for the duration of the provisional visa):

• 20% in Venture Capital ($500,000) 

• 30% in Emerging Businesses ($750,000)

• Up to 50% balancing investment ($1,250,000)

Note : 

  • Age is subject to invitation from Homeaffair.
  • In terms of English score, applicants must have the IELTS score when you submit the intention application, which is valid for 3 years.
  • The patent/trademark must be closely related to the daily business and can be in the name of the company or the main applicant. 
  • Business background score: If the company’s sales are less than AUD 400,000, it must account for 51% of the shares; if it is more than AUD 400,000, it must account for 30% of the shares.

188類 投 資 簽 證 (Business Innovation and Investment Visa – Investor Stream: 188B)

188類投資簽證(Business Innovation and Investment Visa – Investor Stream: 188B) 是為從事各類投資活動的專業人士而設立的一種五年期的臨居簽證。申請人無需擁有營商經驗，但要求申請人具有一定的投資經驗，並從中獲得一定的受益。

此簽證要求申請人進行250萬澳元結構投資。獲批後，申請人維持250萬澳元的指定投資滿五年，並滿足居住條件，便可申請888B類永居簽證。

188B 申請要求

  • 55歲以下或由州政府豁免年齡要求 
  • EOI 評分達到65分或以上
  • 申請人及其配偶需要滿足以下投資要求：
    • 最近五個財政年度中，至少有一個財政年度在符合要求的生意中佔有至少10%的股份；  
    • 或，最近五個財政年度中，至少有一個財政年度參與管理價值至少為150萬澳元的投資
  • 在最近兩個財政年度，申請人及其配偶擁有至少250萬澳元淨資產 
  • 在簽證申請獲批前，進行250萬澳元結構投資

888永久居民簽證要求

  • 188B簽證申請獲批後申請人將獲得五年的臨居簽證，五年內夫妻雙方其中一人滿足以下要求，便可申請888永久居民簽證
  • 持有188B簽證
  • 主副申請人在五年居留權期間，保持250萬澳元結構進行投資滿3年
    • 合規至少50萬澳元的澳洲風險投資基金(VC)或私募股權基金(VE)，對初創和小型私人公司進行投資
    • 合規至少75萬澳元的小盤股票基金。這類基金主要是用於澳洲證券交易所ASX上市的新興公司，或上市投資公司(市值少於5億澳元的上市或非上市企業)
    • 合規至少125萬澳元投資領域較為綜合的管理基金或上市投資公司。可以投資於股票、債券、優先股等等
  • 主副申請人其中一人，滿足居住條件：
    • 5年期間，在澳洲居住滿兩年  
    • 證明已在提名擔保州建立居所    
    • 承諾繼續居住在該州
